Topic: You Will Be Reckoned With In Your Life Time!!

Different kinds of people inhabit the world. Some read history while others make history. Those who make history are the minority but they are the ones who determine the course of humanity. The passage above tells a story of some men who translated from ordinary men to mighty men because of their actions. According to an earlier account, when these men came in contact with David, they were not men to be reckoned with (1Sam 22). But after the exploits which they performed, they became henchmen in the cabinet of David. accordingly, their status changed from that of renegades and nobodies to men that were distinguished and revered amongst men.

Anyone who wants to become a man or woman of substance must be committed to a cause. Your cause can be your vision, career, belief, etc. Any woman or man that will make any form of mark on earth must definitely be committed to a cause. Those who are not committed to anything cannot do anything substantial and will eventually not achieve much. the mighty men of David were committed to the success of David. They commitment was so strong that they could stake their lives for his success. that is what made them who they became. Commit yourself to your career, church, vision so that you will be reckoned with in your lifetime in Jesus Name!

Prayer Point: Lord I commit myself to you today. Guide and lead me to success so that men will reckon with me in Jesus name. Amen!!
